  • 一、個人簡介 
    吳陽，男，漢族，1980年5月出生于湖北省隨州市，2010年博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院武漢病毒研究所。 現(xiàn)在中國科學(xué)院武漢物理與數(shù)學(xué)研究所腦科學(xué)研究中心從事大腦神經(jīng)環(huán)路標(biāo)記病毒工具新技術(shù)、疾病基因治療病毒載體制備與改造新方法的研究。已經(jīng)發(fā)表SCI研究論文10篇，申請國內(nèi)外發(fā)明專利13項（中國專利8項，美國專利4項，歐洲專利1項），已經(jīng)獲得授權(quán)的有中國發(fā)明專利7項，美國發(fā)明專利1項。其中，第一和共同通訊作者代表性論文Human Gene Therapy Methods, 2019,30(5):172-183.，Molecular Therapy- Methods & Clinical Development, 2018,10 :38-47. 有效解決了重組腺相關(guān)病毒載體(rAAV)大規(guī)模高效制備的瓶頸問題，為基因治療病毒載體的制備提供了重要的新方法。第一作者代表性論文Virus Research, 2011,155:406-14.為研究丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的復(fù)制機(jī)制與抗病毒藥物篩選提供了方便有效的雙報告基因病毒感染模型。
