  •   江利明,男,博士生導(dǎo)師,研究員(二級),國家領(lǐng)軍人才,科技部中青年科技領(lǐng)軍人才,湖北省自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新群體負責(zé)人,湖北省五一勞動獎?wù)芦@得者。現(xiàn)任中國科學(xué)院精密測量科學(xué)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究院副院長、大地測量研究部副主任、中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)崗位教授等。
      長期致力于InSAR精密測量理論、方法及應(yīng)用方面的科研和教學(xué)工作。破解了吹填島礁、機場高鐵等重大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施變形以及海岸帶、滑坡等自然地表不均勻沉降“難測準(zhǔn)、難測密、難測全”的瓶頸問題;系統(tǒng)性開展了月基InSAR對地觀測理論和方法研究;自主研制了廣覆蓋、高精度、高分辨率的青藏高原冰川地形和凍土形變等數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品,并在青藏冰量變化時空特征和冰川凍土災(zāi)害風(fēng)險等方面取得新的科學(xué)認識。相關(guān)技術(shù)方法、數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品和科學(xué)認識等研究成果,為青藏科考、川藏鐵路、島礁安全、探月工程、2020“珠峰高程測量”等國家重大任務(wù)實施提供了重要科技支撐。
      共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文150多篇,其中SCI/EI論文100余篇(含Science和Nature Geo.合作論文各1篇);中英文合著2部;先后主持承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金重大項目課題、國家科技支撐計劃、國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題等國家級項目10余項;申請/授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利10余項,獲中國測繪科學(xué)技術(shù)獎一等獎2項(排名第1、第3)、第六屆國際數(shù)字地球大會最佳論文獎等。

      在時序InSAR形變測量、雙站InSAR地形測繪、月基InSAR對地觀測機理、全球變化與地質(zhì)災(zāi)害監(jiān)測預(yù)警等方面取得了重要成果:
      (1)提出了一套基于AI-SBAS框架的時序InSAR精準(zhǔn)處理技術(shù)方法,有效解決了復(fù)雜場景地表形變InSAR精密測量的難題;
      (2)發(fā)展了復(fù)雜環(huán)境冰川地形與冰量變化雙站InSAR精密測量技術(shù),提升了冰川測繪的空間分辨率、覆蓋率和精度;
      (3)建立了一套月基InSAR對地觀測模型和方法,有望為固體地球宏觀運動和全球變化研究提供新的技術(shù)途徑;
      (4)自主研制了廣覆蓋高精度高分辨率的青藏高原冰川地形、凍土形變等數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品,在青藏冰量變化特征、區(qū)域水資源、冰川凍土災(zāi)害風(fēng)險等方面取得新的科學(xué)認識。
